Dial B for Blog: Back today!
As mentioned, one of this blog's favorite blogs: Dial B for Blog (I should use the word "blog" a few more times in this sentence...), is returning with new material. In fact, the first entry of the revived site appears today. It's the first part in a tribute to DC Comics' in-house designers Ira Schnapp and Gaspar Saladino, who designed great house ads for the publisher, such as this:
Dial B for Blog creator "Robby Reed" says he'll have new material on the site every Monday throughout the summer. I'll be there!

Mike Allred art for Wonder Woman cosmetics
Turns out these nifty display materials for a line of Wonder Woman-themed cosmetics feature art by cartoonist Mike Allred (creator of Madman). Nice piece of memorabilia. But the person who took these shots and posted them on Mego Talk says he was told be a department store clerk that the display must be destroyed after use! Which is just nutty, if you ask me.
