After talking about it for years, Neil Young is finally ready to release the first installment of his Archives collections of rarities and outtakes.
The Archives Vol. 1 1963-1972 box set has been given a release date of June 2.
The set will be available in ten-disc Blu-ray, ten-disc DVD and eight-disc CD editions, which cover Young's early solo work alongside performances with Buffalo Springfield, Crazy Horse, and Crosby, Stills and Nash.
The DVD and Blu-ray editions include a 236-page hardbound book and foldout poster, as well as Young's first film Journey Through The Past.
