Patrice Holloway, who voiced Valerie Brown on the "Josie and the Pussycats" toon has passed away.

Before her singing role as Valerie, Holloway recorded records for Motown and Capitol Records and co-wrote the hit song "You've Made Me So Very Happy" with her sister Brenda, which became a hit for Blood, Sweat, and Tears in 1969.
