There's a copyright hullabaloo over reprints of the old Doc Savage pulp novels. The Web-based publisher Blackmask, which is publishing new editions of the novels, says the stories are in the public domain. Original publisher Conde Naste says nope (although they haven't bothered to reprint any of the stories for at least 20 years). All I know is, a while back, I made up a list of Doc books currently available via Amazon. So snag 'em while you can.
